Recipe : Steamed Chicken Breast

I honestly love chicken thighs, but it makes me fat. Chicken breast is a healthier yet still a yummy substitute for me. My housemate says that it's also very healthy if you steam it instead of frying or putting it in the oven. That's why she introduced me to this simple recipe. I love it so much! 

Ingredients: 

1/2 tablespoon of lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
100 g chicken breast
2 carrots
1/2 pounds green beans
  


Step 1: Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces


Step 2 : Rinse the chicken breast with water and cut off the excess fat



Step 3 : Put ginger and lemon extract all over the chicken


Step 4 : Put the vegetables inside


Step 5 : Steam for 20-30 minutes

Enjoy your meal !
